Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Had the short rib plate, the salmon, stuffed mushrooms and a smoked old fashioned. We stop by every once in a while when we want great food in the neighborhood. The waiter rocked, and the food was second to none!

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

This was our first outing after the Covid19. My wife and 2 kids went to Purple Cow but realized it was replaced by Pi. We were greeted by a very nice waitress and offered us drinks right away. She took our Saturday brunch drinks. My wife and I had the various mimosa flavors. It was fabulous. The waitress changed the channel to Tokyo 2020 as requested. Team USA Water Polo was on against JPN. 21 to 4 Team USA. While we watched, our cheese board came out. I'm not a big fan but my son and daughter loved it. I was able to eat the roasted pecan and cranberry with the jam. It was surprisingly good. Then our mushroom appetizer came out. Everyone ate it and my wife had the extra mushroom while I was enjoying the bread dipped with the sauce. The sauce was so good even without the mushroom. Team USA wins. My second mimosa from cranberry to grape fruit started to sink in. The environment was awesome and we had several tables empty for distancing in mind. Then our pizza came. I dipped the crust in the mushroom sauce and it was delightful. The margaritas pizza was beyond expectation. It was enough for 4. Grape fruit changed to pineapple and the Mimosas race began between my wife and I. Dessert came and the cheesecake looked different than the factory. Unlike the dense texture Pi's cheesecake was very good. I'm not a cheese cake fan unlike my kids but I actually enjoyed the texture and taste. Overall our family had a great experience in our first return to normal dining. We are vaccinated. The last orange mimosa was the best. Of course my daughter drove us home. Thank you for making our first dining return from Covid a memorable experience. The waitress deserved the 20%. Go Tokyo 2020. Go Team USA and Pi.

Carnevino

Fantastic! Best I have had since since my trip to Naples Italy! I have tried 30 pizza shops around DFW hoping to find greatness. This is it! Love the menu. I had the Carnevino.

These are amazing. Tons of meat in them, but with a nice balance between flavors! And the sauce is so so good!

Strawberry Season

Really delicious cocktails! And the meatballs were so tender and flavorful! Plus the atmosphere is relaxed a d inviting while still feeling special. You won't regret a visit!

Short Rib Pappardelle

I was blown away from the fresh made pasta and the fall apart short ribs. Tried same name dish at Sixty Vines and it was not anywhere near as good and $10 more. Affordable and luxurious!
